The aim of the study course "Management" — theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of the students of scientific management sectors of the economy and social activities of organizations and enterprises of consumer cooperative societies.
In accordance with the articulated purpose of the objectives of the course are:
mastering the theoretical basics of management and the skills to apply this knowledge in practical activities;
the study of organizational structure of management of the cooperative economy and the problems of its optimization in the conditions of market relations in the national economy;
mastering the methods of modern management;
the study of the content of the process of management of consumer co-operatives and private sectors.
Management course for students of cooperative higher education institutions is based on three building blocks:
managerial aspects of basic social science, which examines the problems of management of social production (economic theory, philosophy, macroeconomics), as well as Sciences that explore the General laws of control (Cybernetics, systems theory, etc.);
concrete Sciences about individual parties and functions
management (Economics of enterprise, commercial activities, marketing, etc.);
the theory of cooperative management, which explores the private laws of management of social-media and economic activity of consumer cooperative societies.
Science of management of social production, which is part of the management of cooperative farming, emerged at the turn of the social Sciences and applied fields of knowledge and in contrast to other Sciences explores and develops comprehensive impact on social production, not substitute for the specified science, and combining them with methods based on the analysis and synthesis of control system components.
