The purpose of the study, subject and method of the course "management"
The aim of the study course "Management" — theoretical and practical knowledge and skills of the students of scientific management sectors of the economy and social activities of organizations and enterprises of consumer cooperative societies.
In accordance with the articulated purpose of the objectives of the course are:
mastering the theoretical basics of management and the skills to apply this knowledge in practical activities;
the study of organizational structure of management of the cooperative economy and the problems of its optimization in the conditions of market relations in the national economy;
mastering the methods of modern management;
the study of the content of the process of management of consumer co-operatives and private sectors.
Management course for students of cooperative higher education institutions is based on three building blocks:
managerial aspects of basic social science, which examines the problems of management of social production (economic theory, philosophy, macroeconomics), as well as Sciences that explore the General laws of control (Cybernetics, systems theory, etc.);
concrete Sciences about individual parties and functions
management (Economics of enterprise, commercial activities, marketing, etc.);
the theory of cooperative management, which explores the private laws of management of social-media and economic activity of consumer cooperative societies.
Science of management of social production, which is part of the management of cooperative farming, emerged at the turn of the social Sciences and applied fields of knowledge and in contrast to other Sciences explores and develops comprehensive impact on social production, not substitute for the specified science, and combining them with methods based on the analysis and synthesis of control system components.
As relationship management that occur between people in the production process, they are inherently public. Therefore, management as a science belongs to the class of economic and organizational Sciences.
Object (object of study) science management (management) are public relations, tijo arise between people in the process of production, exchange and consumption of material goods (services) regarding the harmonization and coordination of joint actions to achieve goals, that is relationship management. Relationship management are derived from production, the economic relations of people is category superstructure over the economic basis. The nature of management relationships, processes of formation and development due to the nature of production relations and ownership of the means of production.
Management of cooperative company (cooperative management) is an integral part of management of social production, and its subject is the relationship of administration arising in different spheres, levels and different levels of consumer cooperation, as well as the laws and regularities of their development. Mastering the science of management equips the management bodies of knowledge, providing the possibility of developing scientifically proven forms, methods, techniques, systems control, as well as recommendations to address specific organizational and managerial problems.
A common method of management as a science is the dialectical approach, which gives the opportunity to address the issues of improving the forms and methods of production management in the conditions of mndewa economic situations involves the study of certain aspects, elements and connections of the control system.
This is done through observation techniques, modeling, analysis, synthesis and generalization, induction and deduction etc.
Special methods of cognition are divided into two groups; a) methods of collecting and processing of specific data (information). A variety of methods and forms of questionnaires, interviews, statistical sampling and other data, grouping them, creating dynamic rows, graphic images, and the calculation of the average. An important role in achieving a reliable final results is the quality reporting, questionnaires, reliability of the filling (contents);
b) methods of study, evaluation and synthesis of information produced from the standpoint of administrative relations (preparation of solutions, characteristics of personnel management, develop best practices, incentives, etc.). h the most common methods of scientific research in management are the transition from learning concrete facts and figures to summarize and identify the most significant causal relationships within the control system and between the system and socio-economic processes, which are under and influence it; the evaluation of the shape such relationships, classification the 4 factors that stimulate or, conversely, inhibit > influence on the development of them, which consequently affects the final results. Recently, widespread mathematical methods of balance sheet, optimization and other calculations and economic-mathematical modeling, which enables to accurately reproduce the main qualitative and quantitative characteristics of the behavior (development) of subject and object control in a relatively simple and convenient form for analysis. The use of mathematical methods and models in combination with high-speed equipment (computers, Mnem, etc.) greatly increases the effectiveness and productivity of scientists, reduces the time for studies, improves the accuracy and reliability of the findings. Widely used economic experiments that provide an opportunity to test and Refine theoretical development and hypotheses about new methods and forms of management, before distributing them to the entire economic system.
The science of management requires an integrated and systemic-structural approach in solving managerial problems.
A comprehensive approach involves the study of the investigated phenomena in their relation to different methods which are applied not only this, but also other Sciences studying the same phenomena.
Systemic-structural approach is, on the one hand, in consideration of the management system, that is, of the totality of managerial-organizational ties developed as a single dynamic organism, and on the other, the division into structural elements, the links with the purpose of studying the essence, place and role of each in the system of interaction with other elements. In the course of the systematic structural analysis reveals causal relationships between elements of the system and regularities of its development.
So, the method of management as a science management is formed by the synthesis of a General scientific dialectical method of the study and the specific methods associated with management science.
