Feature structures aimed at the collective (team), is that "the powers in respect of decisions to the team, not the individual. However, the leaders only then will refuse its competence in favor of the collective when their employees are "ripe" received of responsibility and professionalism and can fully participate in the decision process.
The structure of the group that acquires the rights of independent decision-making, should provide the conditions for good relationships between employees in psychological and social aspects due to:
a common goal in the group;
far-reaching centralization of decisions;
the weakening emphasized hierarchical relationships;
shared responsibility of all members of the group for the implementation of the ideas of the group.
Unfortunately, the organization focused on team, practically tested yet in scientific and creative teams and almost never applied in practice of management of economic systems.
