Management of the Company

Evaluation of the worker is a procedure which is carried out to identify the level of compliance of personal qualities of the worker, quantitative and qualitative results of its activities with certain requirements. The rating applies to all categories of workers, but its significance for the individual categories are different.
Personnel evaluation is performed to determine compliance of an employee or vacant positions (work place) and performed in three ways:
